TRADE MARKETING SUPERVISOR (TM - based in Jakarta)


Key Responsibilities:

*
Supervising and managing a group of promoters.
*
Managing Promoter Program, including assignment of promoter, allocation by customer, training & development.
*
Providing key information, including competitive, brand and consumer information for both sales and marketing.
*
Managing merchandising and monitor its implementation trough effective and timely reporting and measurement tools.


Requirements:

*
Possess at least diploma degree (D3) in related discipline.
*
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in sales are. Having experience in visual merchandising will be advantageous.
*
Demonstrate to supervise more than 10 people.
*
High result oriented and self driven with good interpersonal and communication skill.
*
English proficiency both in oral and writing also computer literacy is a must.
