Customer Service Associate

Primary Accountabilities:

* Processing all the orders for all customers in dedicated area as assign by the Customer Service Head
* Communicate incoming product to the sales team and customers as assigned, and make sure all product deliver on time, especially product highlight
* Providing and informing information to the customers
* Process, filing and recording returns, and make sure all the process flows accordingly and meet the time line given
* Others assignment assigned by Customer Service Head

Requirements:

* Minimum a Degree (S1) holder in Accounting Major
* At least 1 year of related experience in Customer Service / Admin role
* Good command in English both oral & written
* Proficient in the use of computers and MS application software (Word & Excel) is essential
* Good communication skill with highest sense of responsibility and personal integrity
* Good planning and organizing skills

MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE

Brief outline of the position

*
Responsible for day to day engineering activity to support Factory activities, such as: maintenance & repair of spare parts & machines follow up improvements according to job request & weekly tasks, 5-S, Quality, as well as Safety – Health – Environment in workshop.
*
Provide all technical needs for lines machines to meet production needs in an efficient manner, while performing all other operational task.

Main Responsibilities

*
To ensure hygiene and safety rules applied in all activities.
*
To support all production activities in the plant related to the engineering issues.
*
To perform systematic maintenance based on MPCS schedule.
*
To perform spare parts and machine repair as requested.
*
To perform condition monitoring on appointed machines.
*
To update MPCS data based on maintenance execution.
*
To follow up improvements and modification, minor project in Manufacturing, FP, Industrial Service as assigned.
*
To make a report of activities.
*
To maintain all company assets under his responsibilities, incl. working tools, general tools, calibration tools, locker, communication devices, personal safety devices, etc.)
*
To perform other duties as and when required.
*
To co-operate with and assist Engineering team.
*
To perform 5S in the engineering workshop and mechanical facilities.

Qualifications

*
Diploma Degree in Engineering which furnished with basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering: thermodynamics, fluid mechanic, pumps, compressors, heat exchanger, etc.
*
At least 3 years of related experience.
*
Proven operation and maintenance skills and knowledge.
*
Ability to speak effectively in interpersonal situations.
*
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
*
Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of the team.
