Customer Service Manager (CSM)
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience as Head of Teller or Head of Customer Service in Banking industry
* Good understanding of banking industry
* Strongly driven and highly motivated
* Good attention to detail
* A solid team player, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
* Have sufficient knowledge of computer applications (MS Office)
* Good command of English (verbal and written) will be an advantage
