Customer Service Representative- CMB
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Utara)


Responsibilities:

* To effectively support account management with the main objective to increase/ grow revenue and eventually maximize shareholders in line with the group's managing for growth strategy. Within the function, the jobholder must contribute in developing and creating suitable new product/ solution offerings; strategize a profitable and effective long term relationship management; and providing regular customer contact events/ gatherings/ engagements. To promote highest level of customer service towards overall corporate customer base and enhance the Bank's image and awareness in the Business Banking segment.

Requirements:

* Female
* Age between 23-28 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): Mandarin Language.
* Required language(s): Chinese, English
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
