* Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology/ Law/ Management or equal from reputable university with GPA min: 2.75.
* Have min. 4 years experience in HR Generalist such recruitment, human resource management/service and general affair.
* Local applicants are most recommended.
* Have understanding of Indonesia Labor law.
* Have good relationship with "Dinas Tenaga Kerja" in local branch.
* Have Can do attitude, Communication & Relationship Building, Conceptual Thinking, Developing Others, Integrity, Teamwork
