Human Resources Manager (Code: HRM)


Reports to SVP Human Resources and Community Development, the candidate is responsible to:

*
Work with HR function Managers to support Line Managers as strategic business partner in order to optimize Organization effectiveness.
*
Services, Advices, Studies and Controls all HR functions, are complying with Company policies as well with Government regulations, have some HR visions, set strategic direction of the company and to ensure the strategic processes of the Group, Region and Business Unit are followed.
*
Involve in almost all HR spectrum, act as generalist to coordinate functions of; Recruitment and Workforce Planning, Employee and Industrial Relations, Career Path & Training Development, and Personnel Administration to support HRIS database updating.
*
Participate strategic due diligence on the projects concerned to provide HR analysis and recommendations for business decisions process.
*
Keep harmonious relationship with employees through Union – Bipartite communications.

General Requirements:

*
Must possess at least Bachelor or Master degree from related field with in depth knowledge of Competencies. based HR, Organization & People Development process, Performance Management, and strong in Employee and Industrial Relations.
*
Having minimum 5 – 10 years working relevant experiences in HR area management, preferred with Multi National Companies.
*
Familiar with Job Evaluations (Hay, and Mercer methods) and Behavior based on interview methods.
*
Good knowledge of Labor and Government regulations, Immigration and Expatriation Working Permits process.
*
Good interpersonal skills, strong analysis and negotiation skills.
*
English proficiency and Computer literacy is a must to provide any business reports.
*
Work closely with functional team for HR services requirements.
