Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of working experience in building/property industry or in telecommunication industry.
* Experience in dealing with purchase of building or other facilities
* Strong negotiation skill
* Trustworthy
