Schlumberger; IT Services Desk Analyst
URGENTLY Required:
A major International Oilfield Services Company is looking for serious candidates to join our Indonesia organization for a career as IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST (based in Jakarta).
You will perform as the first point of escalation for customers IT incidents, requests or changes. You are responsible to resolve the contact or refer the contact to the appropriate resolution group to the established operating level agreements and quality standards.
IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST
• Diploma-3 (D3) degree graduate in IT, Computer Science or Electronic from respected university/polytechnic.
• Have technical competence in Operating System, Application and Networking technologies.
• Excellent command of English.
• Have good interpersonal skill and able to work within a team oriented environment.
• Able to work under pressure and have analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills - both written and verbal.
