Qualification:
*
University graduated from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
*
Able to speak and write in English
*
Three years of professional experiences in training, people development and recruitment. Have experience in training need analysis, training plan, developing training materials, behavioral event interview, hay job evaluation or mapping and high potential development
* Have supervisory experience
* Creative, energetic, team player, highly motivated, detail oriented and well organized
*
Willing to travel around Indonesia
*
Good interpersonal skills
*
Fluent in Japanese language both oral and written and experience in ISO 9001 management will be an advantage
*
Computer literate is a must
