- Have knowledge about Recruitment & Selection / Training implementation
2. LEGAL STAFF ( LEGAL )
- S-1 degree in Law
- Preferable have experience 1 – 2 years as Legal staff
- Excellent skills in Legal documents and Legal issues
- Familiar with labor regulations and labor cases
3. PURCHASE QUALITY ENGINEERING STAFF ( P Q E )
- D-3 / S-1 degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Management
- Have driving license A
4. ACCOUNTING STAFF ( ACC )
- S-1 degree in Accounting
- Male / Female, Max 28 years old
- Preferable have experience 1 – 3 years as an Auditor in Accountant Public Firm
5. ENGINEERING STAFF ( ENG )
- S-1 degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Graphic Design
- Good knowledge about technical drawing, CAD / CAM, Able to make design
- Have driving license C and have good skill in riding a motorcycle
6. BUSSINESS PLANNING STAFF ( B P )
- S-1 degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Management
- Good knowledge about purchase, cost analysis and production engineering
- Good knowledge about technical drawing, CAD / CAM
- Must be fluent in written & spoken English
- Able to plan, lead, organize, and control
7. MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM STAFF ( MIS )
- S-1 degree in Accountancy Computer / Information Management
- Min 1 year experience as Marketing / Finance Staff
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- Graduate from reputable university with GPA min 2.75
- Male, Max 28 years old
- Excellent skills in Computer & Microsoft Office
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Good personality and communication skills
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Able to work effectively, both independently and in a team.
