Billing, Payment & Collection Staff
Main responsibilities :
Produce monthly billing/invoices
Collection & payment reconciliation on timely basis
Handling inquiry, complaint & update of customers bill
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university
Effective spoken & written English
Computer literacy
Posses knowledge about Telco industry would be an advantage
Posses knowledge about accounts receivable or collection would be an advantage
Fast learner, team player, highly integrity & responsible
