To be developed and groomed as leader in the Bank. The incumbent will be rotated to different roles and functions in the Bank.
Requirements:

Fresh graduate with max. age is 25 years

Graduated from a reputable university, preferably from overseas with GPA min. 3.0
*
Good leadership skills
*
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in both Bahasa Indonesia and English)
