BRANCH MANAGER PERSONAL BANKING - BANDUNG BRANCH
Responsibility:
The jobholder is responsible to develop and implementing business plans for the Premier segment as well as maintaining service quality and managing day to day branch operations in order to achieve branch sales target.
Requirements:
*
Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university
*
Possess at least 5 years experience in all areas in Personal Banking, Payment Center and other departments that have significant customer exposure
*
Wide knowledge of banking procedure
*
Must have good people management and development skills
* Commercial acumen, marketing orientation and drive to succeed with personal credibility
