IT Service Delivery Manager

Requirements:
* Degree in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering
* Minimum 5 years experience in telecommunication billing areas
* Having knowledge and experience in data charging
* Knowledge in data communications: TCP/IP LAN, SS7, SMPP
* Having experience in Unix Operating system (HP-Ux or Solaris)
* Fluent in English both written and spoken
