Compensation & Benefit Specialist ( C&B Sp. )
Requirements :
· Bachelor degree in Accounting/Statistics/Mathematics/ Psychology/Management with
min. GPA 2,75
· Min. 2 (two) years experience in Compensation & Benefit system and procedure
· Good communication in English both of oral & written
· Excellent skills in computer application software's : spreadsheet, words, excel, power point &
access
· Having knowledge & experience in HR policy and procedures, Remuneration Survey,
Personnel matters, employee relations and manpower regulations
· Have the ability to maintain and analyze strategic planning for the HR operation
· Detail oriented, high energy and deliver tasks on time
· Able to plan, well-organized and well-adjusted
· Ability to assume a high level of responsibility and workload is needed
· Willing to work beyond office hours, hard working and good team working
Responsibilities :
· Manages compensation including salary structures, performance management, administration
and employee incentive program and group benefits.
· Develops and recommends new and improved policies on benefits and compensation
strategies, program and practices.
· Direct the statistical analysis and evaluation of salary and fringe benefit survey to
provide recommendations to the director.
· Directs the overall compensation & benefit administration and ensure compliance with
current legislation requirement.
· Recommends and manages the remuneration budget and allocates funds within the budget to
accomplish objectives.
